Syfte Vi ska arbeta fram ett balanserat styrkort för Ronneby Kommuns kommunledningskontor med näringslivsinriktning. Vidare vill vi beskriva våra erfarenheter av denna process som vi själva deltar i. Metod Detta är ett projektarbete som bygger på ett arbete med en projektgrupp, en inre grupp samt intervjuer med berörda personer inom näringslivet i Ronneby kommun. Dessutom har en webbenkät och en ”tycka till dag” genomförts för att komplettera arbetet. Berörda personer har valts ut för att få fram relevanta fakta och synpunkter om vad som är viktigt för ett väl fungerande näringsliv. Slutsats Arbetet har resulterat i ett balanserat styrkort för Ronneby Kommuns kommunledningskontor med näringslivsinriktning. Vidare visar studien hur processen med att skapa ett balanserat styrkort i en kommunal verksamhet har gått till.

Purpose This thesis shows how to create a balanced scorecard for the municipal economical administration of the municipality of Ronneby. The aim is also to describe our experiences of this process in which we both co-operate. Method This project is a co-operation between a project-group, a special group and people involved in the economical municipal organisation of the municipality of Ronneby. An investigation on the Internet as well as a workshop and know-how from people connected to the economical life has completed the study. Results The result of this work is a balanced scorecard for the municipality of the economical administration of Ronneby. The study also shows the process of creating a balanced scorecard for a municipality.
