How does the companies construct their reward systems? (English)
Abstract [sv]

Abstract [en]

The purpose with our research of the new car salesmen in Blekinge is to clarify how their reward systems are constructed. From a manager perspective we also intend to find out how they perceive their reward system, and if they would like to have it further elaborated. We also intend to find out whether their reward system results in those effects they sought after, and if the system results in a positive economic result
