Statiska egenskaper hos flexibla bälgar (Swedish)
Abstract [en]

Theoretical expressions for stiffness and maximum stress were determined for axial, bending and torsion load by using a combination of analytical, statistical and finite element calculations. Experimental verification showed very good agreement.

De flexibla bälgarna ingår som en viktig komponent i avgassystem och utsätts för extrema belastningar. P.g.a. problemen med flexibla bälgar inom fordonsindustrin har bälgarnas statiska egenskaper undersökts.Uttryck för styvhet och max spänningar för axiella, böjande och vridande laster har tagits fram och verifierats med mätningar. Dessa uttryck kan ligga till grund för en analys av de dynamiska egenskaperna hos bälgarna.
