Abstract [en]

In real time internet services QoE plays a vital role for customer‟s satisfaction. These real time internet services are rapidly growing with regards to an increase in broadband technologies. As these broadband technologies are emerging. Therefore, user‟s expectations are also growing rapidly. Providing better QoS with a high QoE is the goal of every service provider today. In this thesis, we are analyzing the user‟s experience towards network delays by generating artificial delays with the help of KauNet shaper. KauNet Shaper is a network emulator which is used to create delay in Ubisafe server. KauNet is used for giving several delays to accessing the same web page of Ubisafe server and then user‟s will gives his/her own experience with the help of mean opinion score.

I realtid Internettjänster QoE spelar en avgörande roll för kunden "är nöjda. Dessa realtid Internettjänster växer snabbt när det gäller en ökning av bredbandstekniken. Eftersom dessa bredband teknik växer fram. Därför user "s förväntningar växer också snabbt. Erbjuda bättre QoS med hög QoE är målet för varje tjänsteleverantör i dag. I denna avhandling analyserar vi användaren "s erfarenhet mot nätverk förseningar genom att skapa konstgjorda förseningar med hjälp av KauNet shaper. KauNet Shaper är ett nätverk emulator som används för att skapa förseningar i Ubisafe server. KauNet används för att ge flera förseningar åtkomst till samma webbsida Ubisafe server och användare "s kommer inte ger sitt egna erfarenheter med hjälp av Mean opinion score.
