Abstract [en]

Denna kandidatuppsats beskriver utveckling och forskning runt ett sökande efter ett sätt att få fram en effektiv agile arbetsprocess för små team. Uppsatsen kommer ta upp vår utångspunkt till konceptet med agile, problematiken runt arbetsmetodik i förhållande till spelutveckling, samt vår tilltänkta lösning för effektiviserande av arbetsmetodik i en spelproduktion utan utgivare. Undersökningen baseras på litteraturstudier, tidigare uppsatser, intervjuer samt en gestaltande produktion i syftet att finna en metod eller ett system. The content of this bachelor thesis describes the development and research around the subject of finding a method for small team game development. The paper will treat our views on the concept of agile, the troubles with production methods in relation to game development, aswell as our solution making production methodology more efficient in a game development enrivonment without a publisher. Our research is based on litterature studies, previous research, interviews aswell as a production with the purpose of finding a method or a system.
