Abstract [en]

Aim of this research paper is for creating awareness and consciousness of the importance about Social issues in requirements engineering by identifying those issues and analyzing it with the inputs given by several companies across the world. This paper also discusses overcoming those social issues and how currently software industry is handling those issues.
