Abstract [en]

The specific packet loss recovery coding used in a Voice over IP (VoIP) system can have a significant impact on the quality to the receiver. In this paper, we propose adaptive quality coding, which cannot only improve the perceptual quality for VoIP services over wireless environments but also utilizes only a small amount of additional bandwidth.
