Titel: Effektiv kommunikation inom organisationer – Informationsasymmetriers och kommunikationsdiskrepanser påverkan på organisationers internkommunikation

Syfte: Denna uppsats utforskar frågan hur den intern kommunikationen inom organisationer och transaktionskostnaden kommunikation påverkas av informationsasymmetrier och kommunikationsdiskrepanser mellan olika hierarkiska led inom en organisation.

Metod: Uppsatsens använder sig av en metaetnografisk metod som studerar totalt 17 st originalstudier och syntetiserar dessa till ett resultat. Detta syntetiserade resultat har sedan analyserats mot ett teoretiskt ramverk.

Slutsatser: Uppsatsen finner att den interna kommunikationen och således transaktionskostnaden kommunikation inom en organisation påverkar effektiviteten på en operativ nivå i det dagliga arbetet på ett flertal sätt. Uppsatsen visar även avslutningsvis på tre viktiga åtgärder för organisation att implementera för att minska informationsasymmetri och kommunikationsdiskrepanser inom organisationen.

Title: Communication within organisations – Information asymmetries and communication discrepancies impact on organisation's internal communication

Course: Bachelor’s thesis in Business Administration, 15 credits

Purpose: The purpose of this study is to explore how the internal communication within organisations and the transaction cost communication is affected by information asymmetries and communication discrepancies between different hierarchical levels in an organisation.  

Method: This study uses an meta etnographical method which studies a total of 17 original studies. These are then synthesized to a result. The synthesized result are then analysed against and theoretical framework.

Results: This study find that the internal communication and thus the transaction cost communication within an organisation is effecting the organisation on an operational level in the daily work in several ways. The study also presents three important actions for an organisation to implement in order to reduce the information asymmetries and communication discrepancies within the organisation.
